Any prior imaging (X-ray, MRI) is helpful, but not required. We have in-clinic ultrasound for real-time assessment.
What's the difference between the NHI clinic and a self-pay appointment?
The NHI clinic is standard neurology care, suitable for initial evaluation and routine follow-up. Self-pay appointments focus on pain recovery, providing ultrasound-guided injections, regenerative therapies, and other advanced treatments, with more time to discuss your treatment plan in depth.
Is arterial stiffness evaluation self-pay?
It depends on NHI criteria. When indications are met, NHI covers the evaluation. If you want a more complete assessment of vascular age and inflammation markers, a self-pay option is available — costs are explained in clinic.
Will I receive treatment on my first visit?
Not necessarily. The first visit focuses on assessment. Treatment only begins after you understand the plan and agree.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies by condition. After 1–3 assessments, we will have a clear plan — no indefinite follow-up without purpose.
Who is a good candidate for Amniotic Matrix or BMAC?
Amniotic matrix suits moderate tissue damage with limited PRP response. BMAC is for severe degenerative arthritis, cartilage defects, or refractory pain — an advanced regenerative option recommended after thorough assessment.
